Privacy Policy

INRISOFT GLOBAL SpA respects the privacy of those who visit this site. This page explains, concretely, what data is processed, what is not, and what you can do about it. It is written to be accurate rather than exhaustive: if anything here stops being true, it gets corrected.

  1. 1Who is responsible

    That is the address registered with the Chilean tax authority, not an office of the company. INRISOFT GLOBAL works remotely, from various locations.

    Contact email: hola@inrisoftglobal.com. For any question about this policy or about your data, that address is the way. We reply in Spanish, English or Portuguese.

  2. 2What this site does NOT do

    We start here because it is the shortest part and the one people ask about most.

    • It uses no cookies. None, neither our own nor third-party.
    • It loads no third-party resources. Everything the site needs, fonts included, is served from this same domain. No external service sees your IP address merely because you visited this page.
    • It has no visitor database. We do not store who came in, what they looked at, or what they typed.
    • It does not profile you or make automated decisions about you. There is no scoring, no segmentation, no visitor classification.
    • It does not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

  3. 3The quote request form

    The «Tell us about your project» form works entirely inside your browser. Your answers build a text message on your own device and, at the end, WhatsApp opens with that message already written so you can decide whether to send it.

    • Nothing leaves your device while you fill in the form.
    • There is no server of ours receiving those answers.
    • There is no request database, no automatic email, no CRM behind it.
    • If you close the tab before sending, no trace remains anywhere.

    Sending the message is your own act. From the moment you send it, the conversation happens on WhatsApp and is also governed by that platform's policies.

    The same applies to the Telegram link and the email address: the data you share with us through those channels is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, and for nothing else.

    About the campaign origin

    If you arrived at the site from a link carrying a campaign tag —for instance, from a social media post—, the message includes a line indicating that origin, so we know which channel you wrote to us from. That line is part of the text you see before sending, and you can delete it.

    If you arrived without a tag, none is added: no origin is invented.

  4. 4Usage statistics

    This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit each page. It is a cookieless measurement and the data is sent to this same domain, not to a third party your browser is redirected to.

    No profile of you is built and you are not individually identified.

  5. 5Storage on your device

    This site is a progressive web app. So that it can work offline, it stores a copy of its own files —pages, styles, images, fonts— in your browser, under the name inrisoftglobal-v1.

    These are the site's files, not personal data of yours. You can delete them at any time from your browser's settings.

  6. 6Direct link to WhatsApp

    The /wa address takes the message you prepared, sanitises it and redirects it to WhatsApp. Our code neither stores that message nor logs that visit.

    You should know the following, because it is true and we do not want to claim less than the truth: our hosting provider keeps operational logs of the requests its infrastructure receives, as any service of this kind does. That belongs to the provider and its operation, not to a database of ours.

  7. 7Brand kit access

    The /brand section is password protected, because it holds brand material of restricted use. This is the only place on the site where personal data is processed.

    To prevent automated attempts at guessing the password, each access attempt generates:

    • A log entry with the IP address, the browser type, the outcome of the attempt and the date and time. It stays in our hosting provider's runtime logs.
    • An attempt counter tied to the IP address, stored in Upstash, used to limit how many attempts happen within a time window.

    The password entered is never logged, not even when it is wrong.

    Purpose: security, preventing unauthorised access by brute force. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in protecting our own material. Retention: the counters expire on their own when the time window closes; the logs are kept for 1 hour according to our hosting provider's service configuration.

    If you never try to enter /brand, this processing does not happen.

  8. 8Where data is processed

    The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. Pages are served from the node closest to you, and server functions run in the United States. The counters from the previous section are stored on Upstash.

    This entails an international transfer of data to the United States in the cases described in the two previous sections. Both providers act as processors: they process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

  9. 9LinkedIn integration

    INRISOFT GLOBAL operates its own application registered with LinkedIn, called INRISOFT Global Pipeline, for internal and exclusive use. It is authorised only over the LinkedIn accounts the company manages to publish its own content, and is not available to third parties.

    The application uses two permissions: one to identify the holder of the account that authorises it, and another to publish content on their own profile.

    It does not read private messages, does not access the contact list, does not send invitations, does not comment on or react to other people's posts, and does not collect data about other LinkedIn users.

    Access credentials are stored on the holder's local machine, with restricted read permissions, and are not transmitted to any server of ours or of third parties. There is no user database associated with this application.

  10. 10Your rights

    You may, at any time and at no cost:

    • Access the data of yours that we process.
    • Rectify it if it is incorrect or incomplete.
    • Erase it.
    • Object to its processing.
    • Request its portability in a commonly used format.
    • Withdraw your consent, as simply and freely as it was given.

    To exercise any of these rights, write to hola@inrisoftglobal.com stating which one you wish to exercise. You will not be asked to justify why.

    Bear in mind that, given how this site is designed, in most cases we hold no data of yours to hand over or delete: there is no visitor database. If you wrote to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, those messages do exist on those platforms and we can delete them on our side.

  11. 11Minors

    This site is aimed at companies and professionals. It is not intended for minors and we do not deliberately collect their data.

  12. 12Changes to this policy

    If what we do with data changes, this page changes, and the date in the header changes. No silent retroactive changes are made.
